Culture of China, Festival of Spring in Los Angeles

Celebrating Chinese New Year extravaganza of the year of Horse, organized and supported by the Overseas Chinese Affairs Office (OCAO) of the State Council of P.R. China, and the China Oversea Exchanges Association (COEA), Chinese Spring Festival celebration “Cultures of China, Festival of Spring” performances were held in over ten major countries for overseas’ Chinese during the traditional Chinese Lunar New Year month, mostly in January and February.
