5月28日，一名清理人員收集焦油狀物。在美國洛杉磯地區的海灘發現大量焦油狀物質被衝上海灘，近9英里沿岸沙灘全綫被關閉。跟據環保學家表示，目前還不清楚該批物質是否與上週聖塔芭芭拉附近海灘石油洩漏污染有關。但目前也沒有發現有野生動物受傷害。(新華社發趙漢榮攝)

The environmental scientists said it is too early to say if the material in Manhattan Beach might have a relationship with the oil spill on Refugio Beach near Santa Barbara.
